We welcome you to the dynamic web page for the Aberdeen Proving Ground Retiree Council! The Aberdeen Proving Ground Retiree Council operates under the auspices of the Garrison Commander at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland. It's purpose is to advise the Garrison Commander about issues affecting the military retirees residing in the area surrounding Aberdeen Proving Ground, which include Harford and Cecil Counties, as well as parts of Northwestern Delaware and Southeastern Pennsylvania.
